The National Archives holds an extensive collection of both personal and official records relating to Bob Hawke. The first records of the Hawke government will be available for public access on 1 January 2013. Records currently available include those relating to the Royal Commission into British nuclear tests in Australia, records of a visit abroad in 1971–72 and more than 1000 photographs of Bob and Hazel Hawke.
