| Description | The largest range of documents relevant to Andrew Fisher is held by the National Library. They include the main collection of Fisher’s personal papers (MS 2919) documenting his work as Prime Minister from 1908–09, 1910–13 and 1914–15, and as High Commissioner in London from 1916–21. The papers also relate to Margaret Fisher and their children. Also relevant are the papers of Alfred Deakin, Lyttleton Groom, Joseph Cook, William Morris Hughes, King O’Malley, Henry Boote, Keith Murdoch and former governors-general Lord Novar and Lord Denman. The microform records from the British Public Records Office copied under the Australian Joint Copying Project include material on Fisher.
