The National Archives’ collection includes records on the sinking of HMAS Sydney, cables between John Curtin and Winston Churchill, arrangements with the United States regarding the deployment of the RAAF in the Pacific, correspondence and memorials following Curtin’s death, and records of Frederick Shedden concerning both John and Elsie Curtin.
